Gomez, an independent consultant, is a member of the board of directors of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, New York Chapter, and InfraGard's New York Metro Chapter. She is the Northeast chapter president for the High Technology Crime Investigation Association and a member of its international board of directors.
